              What kind of school is Le Cordon Bleu?

              Come find out at our Portes Ouvertes (Open Campus) event!

              We will take you around the school to observe classes, visit our kitchen-classrooms, and get a feel for the life of a student at Le Cordon Bleu. The day will include a Demonstration and/or participation in an event like our regular Bread Buffets. Our staff and chef-instructors will be happy to answer any questions you may have, so see you there!

              What is our Bread Buffet?
              Our Bread Buffet (or Pain Buffet as we call it in French) is a special event organised entirely by our Advanced Bakery students. It is a presentation of various creative bread hors d’oeuvres and decorative breads crafted by the students themselves.

              You’ll be able to attend the event as part of your visit, and it’s a great opportunity to taste our breads while chatting to our students and staff.
