The Universidad Anáhuac México received Chef Isarel Aréchiga on April 11th.
The Spanish chef, responsible for the cuisine of Alaia restaurant in Mexico City, shared his knowledge of traditional Spanish cuisine, Basque-French and Mediterranean. The assistants to the demonstration had the opportunity to taste the black paella.
