This year, Le Cordon Bleu is celebrating 120 years of culinary arts and hospitality management excellence in education! With a history that spans global changes and the spread of French cuisine and techniques, few educational establishments have a history as long or as dynamic as Le Cordon Bleu.
As is tradition, birthdays are celebrated with cake, and it is certainly no different here at Le Cordon Bleu! To mark the milestone, our talented Sydney and Melbourne Patisserie students, guided by their respective Chefs, had a sweet and special delivery sent to several noted food writers and bloggers; a decadently rich, chocolate layer cake with a crunchy hazelnut base. From all reports they looked and tasted magnificent!
