An exclusive workshop “3-Flavors Macarons” by Chef Marc Razurel, our Pastry Chef Instructor, in an occasion of 19th Year Anniversary Celebration for Lin Sugar at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit together with Lin Sugar organized an exclusive workshop “3-Flavors Macarons” which was instructed by Chef Marc Razurel, a Pastry Chef Instructor from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit to celebrate 19th year anniversary for Lin Sugar at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School on April, 1st 2022.


For this special occasion, our Chef also developed the macarons recipes by using powdered sugar by Lin Sugar to make the macaron shell. During the hands-on session, all participants enjoyed baking and learning how to make 3-Flavors Macarons with powdered sugar which were “Coffee-Chocolate Macaron – Chocolate Ganache with Ocoa Chocolate 70%”, “Caramel Macaron - Salted Butter Caramel Filling” and “Pistachio Macaron – Pistachio Filling”. All participants were conferred the certificates at the end of the workshop.
