Le Cordon Bleu Dusit was delighted to arrange an exclusive workshop entitled “The Purest Culinary Art Exclusive Italian Cuisine Workshop by S-Pure (Betagro)” led by Chef Roberto Cimmino – our Italian Chef Instructor and Chef Dan Yvan Stella – French Cuisine Chef Instructor on the 30th of June.
All participants were taught preparation and cooking techniques through hands-on activities on how to make the specially created recipe ‘Lombo di Maiale alla Salvia’ or ‘Seared Pork Chop in Brown Butter, Sage and Toasted Hazelnuts served with Olive Oil Whipped Potato’. This recipe was created by Chef Roberto exclusively for this workshop.
Everyone enjoyed making their own masterpieces and very much enjoyed this special workshop.
