In 2010, he moved to the United Kingdom with a mission: to introduce and educate the market on the art of Jamón Ibérico.
Today, José Sol is recognized as one of the most influential ambassadors of Spanish gastronomy. His knives have carved jamón in some of the most prestigious venues across the globe, from the United States to Russia, throughout Europe, Asia, and Australia. In China, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Australia, he has trained over 500 chefs, sharing his expertise and passion for this culinary tradition. José Sol’s expertise transforms every jamón he carves into an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
