Diary Australia’s Dairy Seminar
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit was honored to have a professional chef hosted by the Australian Government – Austrade - Chef Tim Hollands came to give a fantastic presentation and cooking demonstration using a variety of high quality Australian dairy products. This special event, run in conjunction with the Australian Embassy in Bangkok, was very well attended by our students and alumni.
Participants learnt cooking techniques for Berry Breakfast Smoothie Bowls, Four Cheese Pizza, Mango Smoothies, Strawberry Cream, and Margarita Pizza. Everyone enjoyed being part of this exciting demonstration.
