              • Master of International Hospitality Management

                The two-year Master of International Hospitality Management is your passport to great career opportunities. You will develop your knowledge and skills in service quality, human resource, financial and marketing management. You will also gain strong global perspectives on general management and leadership skills, and engage in a six month Hospitality Industry Experience.

                While Le Cordon Bleu is the registered provider for this program, it is delivered on our behalf by the University of South Australia. By combining Le Cordon Bleu’s prestigious international culinary education reputation with the University of South Australia’s excellent academic reputation, this Masters’ program represents a very high quality qualification that meets contemporary industry needs.

              • Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management)

                The Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) is a three-year multi-disciplinary program which aims to prepare students for a career in international hotel management. Critical analysis of management styles and the strategic thinking required to succeed in this industry are a focus of this program, while pragmatic business simulations and two professional experience work-based learning opportunities are other course highlights.

                The Bachelor of Business (International Hotel Management) is delivered through a combination of lectures and tutorials conducted at the TAFE SA Regency International Centre for Tourism, Hospitality and Food Studies, and the University of South Australia, City West Campus.

              Le Cordon Bleu Australia offers an exciting annual scholarship programme to Australian and international students, and industry/media professionals. Scholarships range from $5,000 to $30,000 and apply to study programmes across the culinary arts, hospitality and gastronomy.

              Scholarships are generously funded by Le Cordon Bleu Australia, private benefactors, philanthropic foundations and government agencies.
