Student Services provide a range of administrative services to students. These include:
- Letters to confirm enrolment
- Invitation letters to support overseas visitors
Student Services is the main contact point for all student applications. This includes applications for:
- Academic Credit
- Leave of Absence
- CoE extension (for Student Visa Holders)
Student Services is responsible for the issuing of all academic documentation. This includes:
- Letters of Completion
- Academic Transcripts
Upon completion of your course you will receive three copies of your academic transcript and a copy of your Letter of Completion. Parchments are available at graduation ceremonies.
All requests for documentation and/or queries should be emailed to Student Services.
If you are unable to collect any documents in person, you will need to provide the following details for posting of documents:
- Your name (as per your passport)
- Date of birth
- Mobile phone number
- Mailing address (with postcode)
Please note that due to issues of security and quality control, Academic Transcripts will NOT be emailed.
