Launched in 1992 our Adelaide campus offers gastronomy, culinary arts and higher education programs. The first campus to develop undergraduate programmes including the Bachelor of Business, Adelaide is leading the way in the expansion of Le Cordon Bleu’s gastronomy and food studies credentials with specially crafted courses offering both our classic culinary arts programmes as well as the innovative entrepreneurship and hospitality management programmes.
