Regency International House provides student accommodation onsite at the Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Campus at Regency Park. It takes only a few minutes for students to walk to their classes, the Le Cordon Bleu main office, local shops and restaurants.

Lincoln College Adelaide
Lincoln College Adelaide is a home away from home for over 235 residents from around the world. Superbly located in historic North Adelaide, Lincoln College is a residential community for male and female students studying mainly at the three South Australian universities but also accepting residents from other institutions.

Bradford Lodge is located in the peaceful suburb of Rose Park on the Adelaide city fringe, only one kilometre from the CBD and specialises in safe and secure accommodation for international students.
Each bedroom has its own fridge, air conditioner and is fully furnished to suit a particular student’s requirements. Two adjoining bedrooms share a private bathroom in between. Only two females or two males (or a brother and a sister) are placed in adjoining bedrooms.
Fully equipped kitchens and televisions are located on each floor and recreation and games areas are located throughout the building.

Elm Tree Lodge
Elm Tree Lodge is a secure and modern property set up exclusively for students. It is located in the suburb of Fullarton located three kilometres southeast of the Adelaide CBD and only a short walking distance from shopping, banking, accommodation, restaurant and medical facilities. Public transport is readily accessible with buses running into the Adelaide CBD every 15 minutes or so.
The first and second floors of Elm Tree Lodge accommodate 34 people in single rooms. The ground floor has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, coin operated laundry and other facilities. Outdoor areas comprise two garden areas and a car park.
The price of a long stay room is $190 per week which includes lighting and hot water in the room and limited monthly internet access. All other costs are extra.

Highgate Lodge is located opposite Concordia College in the leafy suburb of Highgate, approximately 20 minutes (eight bus stops) from the Adelaide CBD.
The Lodge comprises 138 beds most of which are single occupancy rooms. Communal share bathrooms are located in hallways and are segregated male/female.
All bedrooms are fully furnished and each has an air conditioner for heating and cooling. A private fridge is also provided in each room. Free high speed wireless internet is available and incoming students can be connected in a few seconds.
Coin operated washing machines and dryers are available and clotheslines are located outside for drying when it is sunny. Several kitchens are available so that residents can do their own cooking. One kitchen is especially reserved to meet dietary and religious requirements.
The price of a room is $165 per week and includes electricity, water, gas and cleaning of common areas. Students are required to clean their own rooms with supplied vacuum cleaners, brooms, etc.
