What is A Taste of Le Cordon Bleu?
A Taste of Le Cordon Bleu is a special event offering aspiring chefs and budding industry professionals a glimpse of what it’s like to study at one of the world’s leading culinary arts and hospitality management institutes.
Throughout the year Le Cordon Bleu Australia hosts A Taste of Le Cordon Bleu events across four institutes in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. This special evening offers guests a range of niche culinary experiences, such as cuisine or patisserie workshops, wine & cheese tasting, introductory talks on our culinary arts and hospitality management programmes, advice on study pathways and potential career outcomes.
Hosted by Le Cordon Bleu experts who are on hand to present relevant information and industry insights, guests are given the opportunity to meet and talk with Le Cordon Bleu chefs, lecturers, current students and alumni. Industry Engagement representatives are in attendance to answer questions about Work Integrated Learning, a unique work-based learning experience included in every study programme.
Many parents attend A Taste of Le Cordon Bleu with their senior school children – catering for all ages, this event is the perfect introduction to the world of Le Cordon Bleu.
