This is the first school restaurant in Latin America and second in the world of Le Cordon Bleu! The menu will be under the command of the Institution's Head Chefs: João Paulo Frankenfeld, (Cuisine) and Philippe Brye (Pâtisserie) and of course our talented students! The restaurant concept “Signatures” combines French techniques with typical Brazilian ingredients, resulting in a creative and delicious menu. Come on in and do not miss the best news in town!

Bistro Atmosphere: A social area with a special menu to share or simply enjoy a glass of wine in the trendy Botafogo neighborhood. The wine list offers both Brazilian and French wines, as well as the best labels from the most highly regarded wine regions in the world.

Indoor Environment: Bold and light decor with a warm bistro feel and a refined menu that combines local cuisine with French techniques. Brazilian ingredients are the stars of the dishes and the menu will vary with the seasons, allowing students to maneuver a range of raw materials. Outside Environment: A deck area with the same menu available with a lounge area where drinks and finger foods are the protagonists.
