In January 2020, the short courses continued, courses were held: Bread Workshop, CordonVert, Macaron Course, Fusion of Brazilian and French cuisines.
With techniques taught by our Pâtisserie and Cuisine Chefs: Caio Correia, Renata Braune and Alain Uzan.
