Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Welcomes New Cuisine Chef Instructor Vincent Koperski


Chef Koperski is originally from Denain, France. On top of his excellent past experiences, he also served as cuisine chef instructor Le Cordon Bleu Japan before joining Ottawa campus. Some of the titles he carried include Head Chef at Auberge Lou Nieu D’aïgle in Lieuche, Chef Director of Riviera Marriott La Porte in Monaco, Executive Chef of Le Chateau in Malaysia and Executive Chef in several hotels of the Marriott Group in different countries.

He is holder of Brevet de Technicien Supérieur and Culinary Excellence Award by Marriott Hotels Latin America. He told us that the state dinner he prepared for POTUS George W. Bush and Georgia Mikhail Saakashvill was one of the most exciting moments of his career.

A master of contemporary cuisine, he combines many elements and techniques he learned during his long culinary journey around the world.
