Opening of the Le Cordon Bleu Café Rio de Janeiro

The Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro Café opens its doors in February at the Institute's campus in Botafogo, where it will run from 7am to 7pm offering coffees, breads, pies, sandwiches and light meals, all prepared with the freshest ingredients and made in the kitchens of Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro.

The quality is indisputable, as all the preparations will be coordinated by our Head Chefs of Pâtisserie and Cuisine, respectively Philippe Brye and João Paulo Frankenfeld, who will assist the Institute's own students, who participate in the production of the café as as part of the internship program.

Our guests will be sure that although the menu is quite varied, they will find the classics of French cuisine, such as quiche lorraine, tartine with onion compote and fresh goat cheese and the famous croque monsieur!

For pâtisserie fans, options like strawberry tartelette, cake au citron, opera or macarrons, are great options! The difficult thing is to eat only one ...

For boulangerie enthusiasts, there will be plenty of special breads, such as croissant, pain au chocolate and brioche!

Keep an eye on our social media platforms, where we will announce the release date and come check it out!
