Le Cordon Bleu Dusit is proudly announce the success of Superior Cuisine and Pastry Students in performing their LIVE Exercise for the first time at Superior Culinary Delight, Superior Cuisine Lunch and Superior Pastry Tea Time on 29-31 January 2020. This project, as part of school's curriculum, has been given advices and fully supported by Chef Rodolphe Onno, School's Technical Director and Executive Master Chef as well as thier Chef Instructors.
This is an opportunity for the Superior Cuisine and Pastry student to perform their superior culinary skills and have a real experience in managing a restaurant from planning, cooking and servicing.
During that time, all students faced with some problems, anxiety and pressure. However, the activity went out very well. Every dish represented and expressed the determination of all students.
