Le Cordon bleu dusit

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit has organized the first French cuisine and pastry demonstration classes via a live streaming system, responding to the new teaching and learning needs during social distancing.

Because our learning can't stop.

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School has organized online French cuisine and pastry demonstration classes using a live streaming system that aligns with Le Cordon Bleu's global learning approach (Watch, Learn and Do), students will be able to watch demonstrations, learn cooking techniques and, in addition, the Chef Instructors have created recipes especially for online classes to facilitate students to practice at home, including information on the selected raw materials that are easy to buy. It is very easy to do!

The first live broadcast of a cooking demonstration by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit was held on 31 August, 2021. We were honored by Chef Niruch Chotwatchara, Pastry Chef instructor along with the chef's assistant team. In this Ice Pop technique demonstration, students learnt about the different steps and techniques of making 4 flavors of ice creams: Cheesecake pop, Lemon Cream Pop, Orange Earl Gray and Chocolate Fudge.

On 2 September, 2021, the school was honored by Chef David Gee, Cuisine Chef Instructor along with the chef's assistant team.  To demonstrate techniques and procedures for making Chicken, Mushroom and Tarragon Fricassee, Bulgur Wheat Pilaf served with Green Beans.

You can follow online cooking demonstration classes organized by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit from September 2021 onwards via Le Cordon Bleu Dusit's YouTube Channel.
