What is Macaron Day?

Back in 2005 based on an idea of Pierre Hermé Macaron Day takes place every year on March 20^th in Paris and nowadays many cities around the world include NYC which states that this is a good way to celebrate the first day of spring by enjoy eating macarons and helping to raise money and awareness for charity!

Join us to celebrate this special occasion with our Macarons Workshops in March and April 2017.

Save the date! Our chefs look forward to sharing you how to make macarons shells and various techniques of how to prepare the fillings, including how to decorate macarons based on the different fillings.
