
One important milestone of Sunway Le Cordon Bleu in delivering its signature BIS programs for the past 10 years is the forth coming launch of its Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts in 2 culinary disciplines- Cuisine & Pastry. Each Diploma is a 3 months program which that focus on teaching individuals how to prepare and cook delicious meals using only plant-based ingredients. Plant-based cuisine emphasizes the use of vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds while excluding animal products such as meat, dairy, eggs, & milk.
Its key aspects will focus on culinary skills, ingredients knowledge, recipes & techniques. The aim is to help individuals create great meals using plant base products which are mainly locally sourced in Malaysia.
The program is for everyone who aims to present plant-based dishes in a restaurant, home business, medical centres, for palliative care centres or for own consumption due to health reasons. No prior cooking knowledge is needed but certainly a desire to learn culinary skills and new dishes will certainly ensure your success in this field.
You may enrolled in our Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts- Cuisine in January & July 2024 and April and October 2024 for Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts- Pastry.
