Five Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne students have claimed several victories across three culinary competitions, recently held in Victoria.
Le Cordon Bleu Australia has released one of the most requested dessert recipes from the famous Chocolate Bible: The Marvel. This ‘star of the show’ is made up of a sweet, golden caramelised walnut cream, rich and creamy chocolate praline mousse, a light chocolate sponge and is elegantly decorated with shavings of decadent chocolate and chopped walnuts.
