Chocolate Volute Demonstration by Chef Frederic Legras

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit were delighted to organize a special demonstration “Chocolate Volute” performed by Chef Frederic Legras, our Pastry Chef Instructor on 8 March 2018 in welcoming of Dr. Lowell Skar and 50 students of BALAC Programme, Faculty of Art, Chulalongkorn University to enjoy French history throughout a food & culture presentation.

At the end of the demonstration, the professors and students were invited to taste the freshly made Chocolate Volute which gave them insight into the wonderful world of French pastry and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit’s unique teaching methodology.
