Saturday, October 12th, Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro will join the event in Nova Friburgo called Bread and Flavors Festival with special show classes by Head Chef Philippe Brye and Chef Philippe Lanié filled with techniques and flavor! The event will bring together the best chefs and bakers of Brazil, in an amazing festival open to the general public.

Head Chef Philippe Brye will make a delicious brioche aux pralines roses, typical of Lyon, and Chef Philippe Lanié will demonstrate a recipe of beer bread. Irresistible, no?
