How a placement with Le Cordon Bleu helped Alumna Danti Winata full proof her future!

The Industry Engagement team at Le Cordon Bleu are passionate about ensuring that each student select the right placements to obtain the jobs they want in the future, and Alumna Danti is evidence of that!

Danti Winata graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney in 2020. Having identified her passion for Human Resources (HR) while mid-way through her study, Dianti secured her second industry placement in a HR department at the prestigious Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection Hotel. Danti was described as the ‘best fit’ and ‘perfect candidate’ for the role from the Director of Human Resources after she was interviewed. Danti contributed valuable work during her placement and was given the opportunity to learn and provide input into integral departmental functions. An experience that further ignited her passion and determination to succeed in HR.

On the completion of her placement, and with the skills learnt, Danti was offered a fulltime role at Pier One as HR Consultant. Her strength in business and ability to take on all tasks made her the perfect consultant for the business. Identifying her future, with the help of Industry Engagement, helped Danti start her career while studying and ensured her future success.



Now, she is back in her homeland, Indonesia, and working in Human Resources. Her focus is on company culture, employee wellbeing and people performance. Danti said "Working in hospitality made me realise the joy of learning your 'internal guests' first to make the organisation successful”.
