On Saturday the 8th August, Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide Culinary Arts students had the opportunity to participate in the preparation and servicing of Asia in SA, a charity black-tie gala dinner held at the InterContinental Hotel. This was a fantastic event where students were able to work alongside eight top chefs from across the Asian region to celebrate South Australia's cultural and economic links to the region.
The inspirational eight top chefs included Cheong Liew, three Michelin Star Chef Alvin Leung, Tony Hart, Pierrick Boyer, Adam D'Sylva, Jeffrey Tan, Ikuei Arakane and Mark Normoyle.
The event was a huge success and received great feedback. Le Cordon Bleu would personally like to congratulate and thank everyone involved for their hard work and determination. We hope you all enjoyed working with and learning from some great mentors.
