Le Cordon Bleu

See our Superior level students in action in one of our special pop-up culinary events.

Le Cordon Bleu students in Cuisine, Pastry , and Bakery are required to plan and execute a one-time culinary event in their final term. Everything from recipe design to service is completely student-organised and their performance counts toward their final grade.

These culinary pop-up events are a great opportunity to see what aspiring Le Cordon Bleu chefs are capable of, so come support our students in an evening of gourmet pastry, artisanal bread tasting, or affordable fine-dining.
