Le Cordon Bleu Dusit welcomed Ms.Delphine Waller, School Director and Project Manager - the Hospitality and Catering Centre (HCTC) in Mae Sot on her school visit on 7 February 2017.  The priority of the visit was to meet the two scholarship students.

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit were delighted to sponsor scholarships for HCTC in Mae Sot which were given to 2 Thai-Karen students from Mae-sot, Tak province, “Ms. Supawan Tammapiwat – Basic Patisserie alumni” and “Mr.Kolawat Sri-amphailert – Basic Cuisine alumni”, to pursue rewarding careers in the culinary industry with Le Cordon Bleu Classic Cycle Program in January Term 1/2017.

The HCTC is non-profit hospitality vocational school providing education to young underprivileged Thai-Karen and also helps them break out of poverty by training students to the hospitality and catering industry which conform with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit’s CSR objective in creating opportunities to help children, their families and their communities have a better lives.

On Thursday 23 March 2017, our 2 scholarship students have already graduated and received their certificates. The gratitude expression were shared to Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School including Mr. Christophe Mercier, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Academic Manager, for the supports.

Passing all acquired knowledge and skills from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit
to the members in Mae Sot becomes one of my goal.
