Regency International House

Regency International House is an accommodation facility on campus at Regency Park. It is often full, but there are vacancies on the odd occasion.

Regency International House is a higher priced option which includes three meals per day, utilities (excluding telephone) and the cleaning of the apartment weekly.

Accommodation includes a single room with twin-share shower and toilet facilities. Each unit houses four people with the common area inclusive of kitchenette and lounge shared by all four residents.

Bradford Lodge

Bradford Lodge is located in the suburb of Rose Park on the city fringe, only 1 kilometre from the City of Adelaide and specialises in safe and secure accommodation for international students.

The residents enjoy the peaceful quiet area, yet it is in close proximity to the City of Adelaide.

Each bedroom is fully furnished to suit the student’s requirements. Two adjoining bedrooms share a private bathroom in between. Only two girls or two boys or a brother and a sister will be placed in adjoining bedrooms.

Standard rooms include Gas, Electricity, Water, individually controlled Air Conditioning (Heating & Cooling) and an individual fridge.

Elm Tree Lodge

Elm Tree Lodge is a secure and modern location set up exclusively for today's students.  It is located in the suburb of Fullarton just south east of the City.  Public transport, shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, hotel, motels, bank and Medical Clinic are close by.

The distance to the city centre is 3km.  It is within very close walking range of two major roads where buses go into the city centre.  Buses run about every 15 minutes. 

The 1st and 2nd Floors have accommodation for 34 people in single rooms. The ground floor has lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry and other facilities.  Outdoor areas comprise two garden areas and a car park.

The cost of the rooms include lighting and hot water in the room, the use of communal cooking facilities, laundry and other communal areas, internet access 300mb download per month.

Highgate Lodge

Highgate Lodge is located opposite Concordia College in the suburb of Highgate and is 8 bus stops from the Adelaide city centre.  Travelling time is around 15-20 minutes.  Concordia College has made available some of its sports facilities for use by residents of Highgate Lodge. The main facilities are the football fields and tennis courts.

All bedrooms are fully furnished and each has an air conditioner for heating and cooling. A private fridge is also provided in each room. Free high speed wireless internet is installed and incoming students can be connected in a few seconds.

Most are in single occupancy rooms, however there are a few twin share rooms. Common share bathrooms are located in the passages and are segregated Male/Female.

Electricity, water, gas and cleaning of common areas are included in the rent as are the uses of the air conditioner and fridge.

Lincoln College

Lincoln College Adelaide is a home away from home for over 235 residents from around the world. Superbly located in historic North Adelaide, Lincoln College is a residential community for male and female students studying mainly at the three South Australian universities, but also accepting residents from other institutions.

Lincoln is a multi-faith, multicultural community that since 1952 has been providing a caring and supportive environment for students who live away from their homes during their post-secondary studies.

The rooms are fully equipped and this includes telephone and Internet access in each room. Rooms are serviced once a week however students must provide and launder their own linen in one of the College's two fully automatic coin operated laundromats. Students are provided with three meals each day and vegetarian options are available at each meal. On site recreational facilities provided by the College Club include TV rooms, table tennis, pool table, and a well maintained weights room. Large and small common areas are in all buildings of the College.
