A team of Pastry Chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, the organisation behind the leading global network of culinary arts and hospitality management institutes, has meticulously sculpted the Eiffel Tower in sugar. Their creation is a veritable work of art that pays tribute to the beauty and elegance of Paris.


The Eiffel Tower sugar sculpture is so much more than a simple reproduction; it is a veritable love letter to Paris, paying homage to the delicacy and sophistication of French pastry while simultaneously celebrating the flair and grandeur of the City of Light. Every last detail of this mesmerising sugar sculpture exudes the French capital’s beauty and elegance, captivating the gaze. It places the French capital and its most iconic landmark firmly centre stage while showcasing the Chefs’ outstanding sugar-sculpting prowess.

It took one hundred and ten hours of painstaking concentration and craftsmanship, spread across several weeks, for a highly skilled team of the institute’s Pastry Chefs assisted by gifted and dedicated students to create this magnificent 2.5-metre-high work of art. By pooling their expertise and creativity, they have jointly crafted a truly unique piece in what can unquestionably be deemed a veritable celebration of their pastry-making passion and talent.
