Originally from Long Island in New York, Jordan Sanford began studying at Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute in 2020 to achieve his dream of opening his own restaurant.
After graduating with a Grand Diplôme with Internship Pathway and solid culinary skills under his belt, he went on to take the Diploma in Culinary Management. This 3-month training programme taught him entrepreneurial, management, finance, administrative and marketing skills.
He now has all the keys with which to turn his dream of opening a restaurant in New York into a reality.
