Chef Nicolas Chovelon shared memories of his childhood in France, where he spent his afternoons with his grandmother making crepes. How about including the little ones in kitchen activities?



Ingredients

    • 500g wheat flour
    • 1L of milk
    • 6 eggs
    • 2 pinches of salt
    • 20 ml of noisette butter

    Method

    Mix everything in this order and let it sit for 1 hour.
    Add oil to the pan and take excess grease with paper towel
    As you can see, the recipe does not take sugar, thus leaving several sweet or salty filling options!


    How to serve?

    Option 1: make the crepes and leave them ready to serve later
    Option 2: place the crepe maker in the center of the table so everyone can do it together

      Our favorite fillings: hazelnut cream, jam, cheese, butter and many others!
