crepe

Chef Nicolas Chovelon shared memories of his childhood in France, where he spent his afternoons with his grandmother making crepes. How about including the little ones in kitchen activities?

Ingredients

    • 500g wheat flour
    • 1L of milk
    • 6 eggs
    • 2 pinches of salt
    • 20 ml of noisette butter

    Method

Mix everything in this order and let it sit for 1 hour.
Add oil to the pan and take away any excess grease with a paper towel
As you can see, the recipe does not require sugar, leaving you with several sweet or savoury filling options!

    How to serve?

Option 1: make the crepes and leave them ready to serve later.
Option 2: place the crepe maker in the centre of the table so everyone can do it together.

Our favourite fillings: hazelnut cream, jam, cheese, butter and many others!
