Originally from Madrid, Paloma Colás embarked on her journalism career after graduating in 2005. However, she quickly realized her true passion lay in becoming a chef. Pursuing her dream, she enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and successfully completed the Diplôme de Cuisine and the Diplôme de Pâtisserie in 2007. Since then, she has dedicated herself to refining her culinary expertise. 

Paloma is now the proud founder of two ventures in Madrid - "ChefPrivado© haute cuisine catering at home" and "Paloma Colás Academy." Launched in 2022, the academy offers innovative online training services in nutrition and gastronomic culture for schools.

Over the course of an illustrious and fulfilling career spanning over 15 years, Paloma Colás has amassed a wealth of invaluable gastronomic experience, honing her skills to perfection in the world of culinary arts. Throughout her journey, she has not only delighted countless taste buds with her delectable creations but has also generously shared her knowledge and expertise with aspiring cooking and pastry professionals, through various events, classes, and workshops. 

Paloma's dedication to the culinary arts transcends the confines of traditional culinary platforms. Embracing the digital age, she has embraced social media with style, reaching out to a global audience through her captivating presence on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. In these digital spaces, she fearlessly embraces innovation, sharing an array of innovative and imaginative recipes that showcase her creative flair and culinary ingenuity.

On the eagerly awaited date of 28th September 2023, gastronomy enthusiasts and food experts alike will have a reason to celebrate as Paloma Colás, the talented and accomplished chef, will be releasing her highly anticipated recipe book titled "Recetas Infalibles" (Foolproof Recipes). This special occasion marks a significant milestone in Paloma's culinary journey, where she gracefully imparts not only her unparalleled expertise but also her profound love for the art of cooking.
