In this new year, we have some new and exciting gourmet workshops for you. Back by popular demand are our Beef Wellington, macaron, and croissant-making workshops, as well as Christmas Poultry Workshops. There is a special workshop where our chefs will show you how to handle and cook a whole crab using a local recipe which you must not miss.
Our workshops, planned to showcase all three culinary disciplines in cuisine, pastry, and bread preparation, will include important techniques for handling and preparing the main ingredients, kitchen organization, plus hygiene standards—not forgetting important tips to help enhance your recipe.
As we only take 12 participants per class, seats are quickly booked, so please sign up for your favorite gourmet workshops before it’s too late and experience being a student at Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia for a few hours!
