Le Cordon Bleu Dusit joined Alliance Française Christmas Bazaar 2019

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School joined a Christmas Bazaar which organized by Alliance Française - on Saturday, November 30th, 2019. One of the highlights of this event was a special ginger bread icing workshop which attracted most of the children and their parents. This hands-on workshop was led by Chef Fabrice Cardelec, our Pastry Chef Instructor. All children and participants enjoyed decorating cookie diamond, ginger bread cookie and choc-chip diamond as well as tasting their own handcrafted cookies.

This special event gathered booths for showing goods and also clothes, food, souvenirs, beauty products etc. which proposed by staff, students and members of Alliance and other exhibitors. This event has become a festive, warm and friendly Christmas market.
