Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand recently hosted the annual Kaibosh fundraising event Floresta. It was a great afternoon shared by all, the Bachelor of Culinary Arts students were able to practice their skills in a real-life environment while supporting a great cause! For every $20 Kaibosh received in proceeds from the event, they could provide the equivalent of 33 meals to those in our community who need it most.
This is the second year Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand has collaborated with Kaibosh Food Rescue and hosted the annual event to raise awareness about food poverty and food waste. The event is a fun and easy way to make a real difference to people in the community who are struggling to make ends meet.
