The recent Gout de France celebration at Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo, was an event to remember for future students looking to embark on a culinary journey.The cooking workshop and 3-course lunch provided a glimpse into the world of French cuisine, leaving participants inspired and eager to learn more.
The workshop itself was an immersive experience, allowing attendees to roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of French cooking under the guidance of Master Chef Cyrille Soenen.
Following the workshop, participants feasted on a delectable lunch that showcased popular and well-loved French dishes. The carefully curated menu featured a symphony of flavors and textures, each dish a testament to the heritage and excellence that define French cuisine. From the delicate balance of a perfectly executed creme brulee to the robust and comforting depths of a Chicken From Landes with Grand Mere Garnish and Salmon with Sorrel Sauce, every bite told a story steeped in tradition and culinary mastery.
