The magazine is packed with mouth-watering recipes, from traditional festive feasts to innovative modern classics to help inspire your seasonal menu. Our Culinary Arts Director, chef Emil Minev, shares a taster of the dishes we’ll be serving at our new fine-dining restaurant, CORD, which will be opening its doors in the New Year.
