In conjunction with Le Cordon Bleu’s 130th anniversary, a series of exclusive dining events took place in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, honouring the legacy of classical French culinary education and the success of Malaysian alumni across the globe.
These special dinners celebrated the power of collaboration, where chefs trained at different Le Cordon Bleu campuses united to showcase not only their culinary talents but also their shared foundation of discipline, artistry, and innovation.
10 Hands Dinner | Kuala Lumpur
Held at Red Red Botak Head (8 & 9 May) and Cleaver Shed (30 & 31 May), the 10 Hands Dinner featured five celebrated Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia alumni:

👩🍳 Ann Lee – Être Patisserie
👨🍳 Liang & Arief – Red Red Botak Head
👩🍳 Amelia Ng – Cleaver Shed
Each night offered an intricately curated multi-course menu blending modern flair with classical technique. Guests experienced refined creations that celebrated personal style, cultural identity, and the rigorous training received at Le Cordon Bleu.
4 Hands Dinner | Penang
On 14 & 15 June, Penang played host to the 4 Hands Dinner at Communal Table by Gēn 根, featuring 2 proud Penang-born alumni:

Guests enjoyed an 8-course meal that paid tribute to local ingredients elevated with French technique. It was a true homecoming celebration for the chefs, who both credit their Le Cordon Bleu training for giving them the confidence to innovate while staying grounded in their culinary roots.
Both events served as a platform for alumni to not only present their talent but to inspire future generations of chefs.
