Year In Review

As we come to the end of 2025, I want to extend my warmest thanks to our students, staff, industry partners, and community for another remarkable year at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand. This year has been particularly special as we celebrated 130 years of Le Cordon Bleu’s global culinary heritage, a milestone that honours our tradition of excellence while inspiring innovation for the next generation of hospitality professionals.

We were also incredibly proud to be named Oceania’s Best Culinary Training Institution for 2025, a recognition that reflects the dedication of our teaching teams, the passion of our students, and the unwavering support of our industry partners. This achievement is shared by everyone who contributes to making our Wellington campus a vibrant and inspiring place to learn.

Throughout the year, our students have showcased their creativity in the kitchens, excelled in the classrooms, hosted outstanding events, and represented the school with professionalism and pride. In the coming year, we are thrilled to be launching our new Master of Applied Hospitality Management. This postgraduate programme marks an important milestone in the school’s development, expanding our academic capability and creating new pathways for emerging leaders in the hospitality sector.

As we look ahead to 2026, we remain committed to delivering exceptional culinary and hospitality education, strengthening our connections, and continuing to create opportunities that help our learners thrive.

Wishing you all a safe, joyful, and festive summer season. We look forward to creating more memorable moments with you in the year ahead.
