  • This workshop will be an exceptional experience where you will learn authentic techniques to create majestic éclairs from scratch, guided by our expert chefs from Le Cordon Bleu Mexico.
    During the workshop, you will learn to make Choux Pastry, the base of the éclairs, filled with hazelnut paste with pistachio and 70% chocolate, and decorated with a dark glaze, craqueline, or mousseline cream.

  • Location: At the facilities of Universidad Anáhuac Campus Norte, at Le Cordon Bleu.
  • Cost: $2,600 MXN per person - $145 USD

    2. If you want to change the workshop or attending person, you must do so at least 7 days in advance.

    3. If the course is canceled by Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, the amount paid will remain as a credit balance to be used in another workshop (short course), or a new date will be sought for its completion (valid for one year).
