Learn the French classics: macaroons
Macaroons are only ever made with three types of meringue; French, Swiss or Italian. In this 2.5 hour master class you will focus on how to make the perfect French macaroon with a selection of classic fillings.
Under the guidance of one of our Master Pâtissier, you will learn the techniques on how to make French meringue, prepare macaronage and colour application, as well as produce a variety of emulsified ganache. Additionally you will be taught a range of piped decorations to finish your beautiful macaroons.
Included in the price:
2.5 hour group practical lesson, all ingredients, recipe booklet, apron and tea towel. Macaroons are yours to take home after the cooking course. No previous experience is required to participate.
