Sureworks Education Fair, happening at Mid Valley Convention Centre on June 8th and 9th, 2024, from 11am to 6pm, eagerly welcomes everyone to join us. Chef Sylvain Dubreau, our Senior Cuisine Chef Instructor and Chef Julien Bartement, our esteemed Cuisine Chef Instructor, will lead captivating cooking demonstrations at the education fair.

Our chef instructors will mesmerize the audience with a showcase of culinary expertise, presenting delectable dishes. With finesse and skill, they will showcase the techniques behind classic and contemporary dishes, leaving the audience inspired to explore the world of culinary arts. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste these delicious creations.

Le Cordon Bleu offers programs that provide a strong foundation for the industry upon graduation. With our Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie (pastry), Diplôme de Boulangerie (bakery), Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts - Cuisine, and Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts - Pâtisserie, you'll receive comprehensive training from expert chefs. Our globally recognized programs, combined with a focus on practical skills and techniques, ensure that you are well-prepared to excel in the culinary world upon graduation.
