Take a step back in time, and immerse yourself in this rare opportunity to have a hands on sake brewing experience at an historic brewery in picturesque Fushimi, located 20 minutes from central Kyoto. Co – hosted by Gekkeikan and Le Cordon Bleu Japan, participants will experience the traditional sake brewing processes under the guidance of one of the leading sake brewers in Japan. The practical learning experiences will also be supported by theoretical lectures, formal sake tastings and a special food and sake dinner. This is an exceptional cultural and educational experience not to be missed!

Course fee includes 2 nights single room hotel accommodation, 2 lunches, 2 dinners and transport to and from the hotel and Gekkeikan each day. The schedule may be subject to change.
