              Malaysia International Gourmet Festival 2015

              Taste MIGF 2015

              Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia participated at the TasteMIGF in Epicure International Gourmet Village which happened from the 5th - 6th September 2015. Divided into few sessions, our Chefs and alumni showcased several dishes on scheduled cooking demonstrations at our kiosk.

              Recipes presented, for instance, were Ikan Tongkol Confit in flavored palm oil with Vegetables Carpacio and Palm Crispy breast of Chicken marinated in Cashewnut Pesto with Vegetables by Chef Rodolphe Onno and Cake Moon Framboise by Chef Patrick Lemesle.

              We also have our celebrity alumni conducting demonstrations; they are Chef Sapna, author of "New Indian Kitchen", and Radio DJ Chef Liang. Not missing out is also our Marketing team who were on ground to counsel on our courses as well as career paths after graduating.

              If you have been to our event, Bonjour France at Isetan KLCC, then yes! We showcased also the pop up cafe by popular demand ! This time, we have had Chef Sapna and Chef Janice at the pop up cafe to serve their specialities at special prices.

              During the weekend showcase, people from all walks of life that visited shared a single interest, food. The crowd were attracted to the cooking demonstrations and all wasted no time to have a taste of the foods prepared.
