Le Cordon Bleu Dusit at The Happy Chinese New Year 2023 by S-Pure


Le Cordon Bleu Dusit joined a special festive event "Happy Chinese New Year 2023” which organized by S-Pure (Betagro) to celebrates Chinese New Year 2023 at Siam Paragon Shopping Center on Thursday 12 January 2023.

As a part of this year's celebration, Le Cordon Bleu Dusit was delighted to have Chef Wichian Trirattanavatin, our Thai Cuisine Chef Instructor together with his Assistant to Cuisine Chef Instructors to show their expertise in preparing two special signature dishes for this festive and perform a special cooking demonstration at Gourmet Market, Siam Paragon Shopping Complex. Chef Wichian has selected Herb-boiled chicken and boiled-pork from the Sa-Sae Set to recreated them into two new recipes “Salt and Chili Chicken with Crispy Holy Basil” and “Thai Morning Glory Curry with Fried Salted Pork Belly”.
