In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations (hereinafter the Act), and in order to ensure the protection and privacy of personal data, and to regulate access rights, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing thereof, LCB Anahuac, SC tells this.
LCB Anahuac, S.C., legal vehicle of Le Cordon Bleu Mexico, located in Universidad Anáhuac Ave # 46, Col. Lomas Anáhuac, Huixquilucan, Estado de México, (hereinafter LCBM) is responsible for protecting the confidentiality of personal data some of them sensitive, their customers and ensure their privacy and their right to informational self-determination.

Within the next twenty working days from the date of receipt of the request for revocation LCBM inform the keeper of the appropriateness or inappropriateness of it and if appropriate will make effective within fifteen working days from the date communicates the response to email the owner provides.
