Taking place on Saturday 29th June, The Le Cordon Bleu London Summer Festival 2019 will include interactive practical workshops such as the Nutrition & Plant-Based Workshops outlined below:

  • 10:30am - 12:00pm: (Plant-based) Kohlrabi, Pear, Elderflower Vinegar and Lemon Verbena - Last few spaces
  • 1:00pm - 2.30pm: (Nutrition) Tofu and Seaweed Burger, Pickled Samphire (Vegan, Gluten-Free) - Last few spaces

Plant-Based Workshop:
Based on content from the Diploma in Plant-Based Culinary Arts, this practical workshop will showcase delicious dishes made solely with plant-based ingredients, teaching you how to utilise underused ingredients to create well balanced dishes which can suit a range of dietry requirements.

Nutrition Workshop:
The Nutrition workshop will teach you how to identify, prepare and create nutritionally balanced dishes. Throughout the workshop, emphasis will be placed on why certain ingredients are used in relation to their nutritional value.

Workshops take place in our state-of-the-art kitchens and include some of the best equipment available, such as performance knives by Zwilling.

Please note: General admission price is included in the cost of the ticket. Equipment and uniform is provided where applicable, however must be returned at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of the workshop, in registering you are confirming that you are fit to work in a professional kitchen environment.
