Final of the 2020 and 2021 International Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competition takes place at Le Cordon Bleu institute in Paris


The international final of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs competition will take place on September 25th, 2021. The 22 finalists, from the four corners of the globe, will compete to win the 2020 and 2021 grand final. Le Cordon Bleu is one of the partners of the competition and, supporting it for the past 20 years, and will award the winners a scholarship to study at the institute.

The Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs competition takes place annually and is organized by the international Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. The aim of the competition is to promote the training of young Chefs around the world by giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent and creativity on a national and international stage. Due to the pandemic, the 2020 edition had been postponed.

This year, the competition’s final will take place in Paris at the Le Cordon Bleu institute. Canadian “Bailli”, David Tetrault, who is in charge of the competitions, has put together an exceptional jury which will be responsible for choosing the winner. Chef Fabrice Danniel, Vice-Director of Culinary Arts and Head of Le Cordon Bleu Pastry & Boulangerie Departments at Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute, will be one of the jury members.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Peninsula Hotel in Paris.
