July 2016 - Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School organized a special event of ‘A Taste of Thai Cuisine Week’. Chef Supapit Opatvisan and Chef Wilairat Kornnoppaklao, Thai Cuisine Chef Instructors of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School, were invited to teach Korean participants a range of Thai Cuisine workshops during 11-16 July 2016.
The event aimed to promote a better understanding about Thai culture and cooking by sharing the culture of Thai Cuisine and the art of Thai Cooking. The programme included cooking demonstrations and hands-on activities. There were many registered participants. Overall the workshops were highly successful and well attended.
