We have been privileged to welcome many wonderful guest chefs over the years to Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School. Every year we have some innovative chefs to come and teach at the school. This year, we were honored to have special guest chefs; Chef Jean-Michel Lorain, the owner of the restaurant La Côte Saint Jacques in Joigny, France and Chef Jean-Michel Perruchon (MOF), Director of Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil Ecole Gastronomique in Paris, France visited and spent time with us in the school sharing their expertise in preparing and cooking pastry and cuisine recipes for our students. The events were very well-attended by students and invited guests.
This was a wonderful learning experience for our students and everyone else involved.
